Experience

Driven by a passion for combining user insights and business opportunities, I help build products that are not only feasible and scalable for businesses but also delightful, easy to use, and accessible for people. I aim to transform complex problems into simple solutions, pushing myself to innovate continuously and deliver value and impact in everything I do—that's my daily ambition.

Over the past 10+ years, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of startups, small businesses, agencies, and enterprises, including J. Walter Thompson, EBANX Payments, and Verizon Connect. In 2019, I joined the talented design team at Spotify, where I helped shape the mobile podcast experience—from creating core features to solving complex challenges in a time when podcasts became a major cultural force.

Most recently, I had the privilege of leading the introduction of audiobooks to Spotify’s mobile experience. In one of the most challenging and rewarding projects of my career, I collaborated with teams across Spotify—from Personalization to Editorial to Wearables to TV—to deliver a robust and scalable design foundation for audiobooks. I also focused on future opportunities, designing the vision and working closely with Product, Insights, and Engineering to define the roadmap.

Excited about the positive impact of AI and emerging design paradigms, I recently joined Hook to lead design and help shape a platform for the next generation of music expression. At Hook, I oversee both brand identity and product design, aiming to create a seamless, delightful experience where users can remix, mashup songs, and connect with creators in new and meaningful ways.

Expertise

Strategy & Leadership – From working closely with Product, Insights, and Engineering to co-create design and business strategy, to going deep into the details of what makes a great user experience.

Design execution – I push myself to deliver products that solve problems and that stand out. I love innovation, and I challenge myself to connect different opportunities to create something that didn't exist before–and to make it better every single time. I'm also curious about how things work, move, and react when people interact with technology.

Human-centered Approach – My aim is to make technology human and approachable. When designing products, I make sure they are easy to use, accessible by everyone, inclusive, and not harmful.

Team Management & Facilitation – I truly believe that collaboration between disciplines, backgrounds, and teams lead to great impact. Part of my time as a designer is invested in building a safe, inclusive, and healthy culture in the team where everyone can equally contribute.
